SHIPPING POLICY

  1. DOMESTIC SHIPPING (UNITED STATES)

We offer the following shipping options for all domestic orders within the United States:

  • STANDARD SHIPPING (Orders $0.00 - $69.99): $8.00

  • STANDARD SHIPPING (Orders $70.00 and up): FREE

  • EXPRESS SHIPPING (All Orders): $15.00

  1. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We proudly ship to over 27 countries, including the United Arab Emirates, Austria, and Australia.

  • RATES: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

  • CARRIERS: We utilize DHL Express and USPS for international deliveries.

  • DUTIES & TAXES: For DHL Express shipments, we support prepaid duties. This allows you to pay all import fees at checkout for a faster delivery experience.

  1. ORDER PROCESSING

  • FULFILLMENT: Orders are processed through our automated fulfillment service (DSers) and our US-based location.

  • TIMELINE: Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing before shipment.

  • TRACKING: You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order is dispatched.

  • Address Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address. We are not responsible for shipments sent to incorrectly entered addresses.
